Science 10 field trip

Both of Mr. Hill's Science 10 classes went to 3rd Beach @ Stanley Park for a field trip. We were to search for and collect small samples of living organisms at the beach. We all had fun, even as we pranced around and laughed in the dark.
The view of city nightlights was fantastic. And the evening was quite warm for a January, plus the soft sounds of the water rushing to shore. Clear star-filled sky. And a minute alone with Coniah. Man........<shaking head>
But it was not to be.
